You can see how 8 & 11 year old brothers Zaeem and Azzy are working as a team.
They love doing pole with their mum and it's turned into something they do several times a week with excitement.
They even decided to replace the Karate lessons they usually do with pole gymnastics this term.

Watching the family dynamic is really fun for me as the instructor too.

Cardio infused pole gymnastics is an ideal way to get the heart racing...

I was chatting to the students about how losing that last bit of belly fat can be stubborn. 

Everyone attending regular classes of Pole Fitness is toning up, flexing out, getting strong and loving life already; so to top off an amazing workout at Pole Fitness Studios we've been throwing in a 30-second fast-paced jog! 

It's a real bonus having the pole because it gives you that support that you may need when you've got funky knees.

I personally have a torn meniscus from a car accident and have been advised not to run but I'm finding it absolutely comfortable to have a 30-second jog while holding onto the pole.

The pole is acting as a crutch, giving me that extra bit of support I needed!
